Kaman’s Leadership Conference (2016)

CLIENT: Kaman’s Art Shoppes
AGENCY:
In-house

Kaman’s tries to hold their managers’ conference once a year, and providing decorations, gift cards and swag is part of letting the managers know how much they’re appreciated. I’ve had a lot of freedom with working with the concepts that the senior management team has given to me. Meaning I get to go kinda crazy. Which is fun.

Given “Kaman’s Universe,” I thought about pulp-era science fiction magazines and, while doing a little research, came upon a huge collection of artwork on Wikimedia Commons, which archives graphics and artwork that have expired copyrights. I then considered how cool it would be to showcase all of this amazing forgotten artwork from the early half of the 20th century. I had a great time on this project.
